Product Description

Fully automatic hydraulic extrusion blow molding machine with store material function, a wide variety of materials can be used for the machine, which are suitable for producing multi-type products for mass production.

(1)The clamping system is a high-precision single-station linear guide.
(2)extrusion system using a hard gear reducer and inverter imported.
(3)The die head system adopts central-incoming extrusion die made of special steel, imported hydraulic valve and seal parts with proportional control valve.

(4)The control system consists of PLC and Human-machine interface imported from Siemens Germany: Siemens touch screen, PLC an automatic temperature control module and imported electrical parts. This can deploy tri-die heads, four-die heads and six die heads.
(5)Especially it can used for washing, commodity, and parts of vehicle, toys and some related products for mass production. This machine has a high efficiency so as to produce more plastic products.
